For
order tracking information, you can log into your account and findthe
status and tracking number. Allow at least 1 business day for the tracking
information to show up. (Use toner-all.com for tracking info if you've
purchased through the Yahoo shopping networks).
If you
cannot find a cartridge you are looking for, please check with us
using the form below, or simply call our toll free line 877-56-toner and
we will help you find it!
If you have
an unused product you would like to return within 30 days, please
use the form below and submit a return request. Make sure to include your
order# in the text box so we can quickly find your order in the system. We
will then contact you via email with an rma# and instruct you further.
Do not send unauthorized packages to us as any packages without an RMA#
will not be processed!
All of our products are guaranteed for 365 Days. In the event that you receive a cartridge that you believe to be damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:
For laser & toner-based machines:
Make sure
you have pulled the toner seal/strip (where applicable)
Insert the
cartridge according to machine's instructions.
Print at
least 20 test pages to allow the toner to cycle through the cartridge
properly.
If
necessary, power off the machine, wait 10 seconds, turn the machine back
on, and print a few more test pages.
For drum/OPC/photoconductor
cartridges, make sure you have followed the machine manufacturer's drum
resetting instructions, if applicable.
For ink-based
machines:
Make sure
you have pulled the ink seal where applicable.
Insert the
cartridge exactly according to the machine's instructions.(ink cartridges
can print poorly if not installed while the machine is on the change
cartridge mode).
Print at
least 5 test pages to allow the ink to cycle through properly.
If
necessary, power off the machine, wait 10 seconds, turn the machine back
on, and print a few more test pages.
