I often wonder why people go to their local retail store to buy toner and new printers or photocopiers when they have companies that specialize in these items right at the tips of their fingers. By local retailer, I think you know who I am talking about - any place that sells office supplies and overpriced computer equipment.

As a sales manager for the PrinterWorks West branch in Edmonton, Alberta, I have never seen a retail price lower than ours. Not only that, but the sales associates in these retail stores do not know anything about printers, fax machines, photocopiers, and large format plotters -so how can they really help you?
